Welcome to St Benedict’s, a sacred place offering spaces to meet or retreat, away from the beaten track of life yet within easy reach of good transport links

Individuals

Our individual day rooms provide space to retreat, to read, write or rest.

Groups

Our meeting rooms accommodate from 2 to 50 people and can be used for training, spiritual direction, guided retreats, presentations, art exhibitions and more.

Events

We hold regular events on the themes of learning, retreat, spirituality and wellbeing.

About us

Situated within the grounds of Malling Abbey, St Benedict’s Centre welcomes individuals and groups seeking a place to rest, retreat, study, create, meet and/or work.

St Benedict said: ‘All guests who present themselves are to be welcomed as Christ, for he himself will say: I was a stranger and you welcomed me’. Rule of St Benedict 53:1
